Because girls have a hormone that guys don't have that make them more emotional. Some girls have more of this hormone than others which is why some girls are more sensitive than others.......or the girl is just a drama queen :)

But with the change in division of roles in a household, a man can be equally or more sensitive than his female counterpart. Circumstances give rise to the traits.

Inheritance from parents and hormonal differences can be other factors too.

By conventional standards of society, a woman who is more sensitive than a male member may not be considered sensitive enough because of predefined notion linked with her sex/gender.

Because it's true that women can be the most sensitive due to how their hormones work, and brain for the most part. Of course men can be sensitive but as I said, women are the most sensitive.
