Why is poop coming out of your hamsters mouth?

Hamsters are unintelligent creatures in the wild, and due to inbreeding in captivity and a lack of stimulus, their brain function has become so limited that they cannot be expected to differentiate between a "litter" area, and a food bowl.

Your hamster has food stores in both cheeks. He stores the food there until they have a chance to hide. It it looks like vomiting but hamsters cannot vomit.

He might be pulling it out his pouches. Check with the vets to see if he has something wrong with him.
