People who work on a Help Desk frequently have at least a Database open, A Word Processing open, A Spreadsheet Program open, a Scanned Image document program open simply to do the work required. Other programs that may also be needed are Electronic Mail, Meeting Co-ordination, and what ever other programs (games) you can get away with.
Go to computer, then Program Files and look for Query Explorer. Then click uninstall. You can also go to Add Programs in the Control Panel and delete it that way. Remember to let the computer reboot after you've uninstalled the program.
