Monera is the kingdom of prokaryotic cells. They are considered to be the simplest of all life forms because they do not include multicellular organisms with differentiated cells or membrane-bound organelles.

Because they're simple in every perspective compared to any eukaryotic cell. For instance, a prokaryotic is numerous times smaller than a eukaryotic cell. The prokaryotic cell also doesn't contain any membrane'bound organelles, nor does it contain a true nucleus.
