most of the water on earth is not fit for drinking because most of it is contained in the seas which is saline and is not fit for humansome of the water is contained in oceans,rivers,lakes and ponds.some water is in the form of ice ,ground water and in the atmosphere.only a small amount of water is left for human consumption

The concentration of salts (especially sodium chloride) is too high, up to 36 g/L.

It's high concentration (>>1%) of salt. The unbalancing of the K+/Na+ ratio as result of drinking seawater makes your kidneys excrete more water then you've drunk. So you might dry-out
