Connective tissue cannot be too hard because it needs to allow movement. If connective tissue was really hard, you would not be able to move your skin with such ease.

What is the function of basement membrane in testis?

It enables the transport of materials between the underlying connective tissue and the epithelium. It's non-living and is made up of mucopolysaccharides, if I'm not wrong. Jessie Andrews THe membrane acts like an adhesive on a tile floor. It is important because it is like an anchor for the attached side of the epithelial cell and provides protection for the underlying tissue. Aneisha.

If you are stretching your ear lobes and you receive a small cut on the inside how can you heal the cut without downsizing?

Well the small cut is a clear indication you are stretching too far too fast, you must give the tissue time to relax and waiting a couple of days won't cut it. You must wait 30 days or you will do irreparable damage to the tissue.
