One thing that might be happening is maybe you're trying to impress your friends by not being yourself. That is a big thing that friends don't like. You might also be separating yourself from your friends. You might be doing this subconsciously.

To have friends, you have go to be a friend and a friend never knowingly hurts a friend or says anything bad about them.
I you have not been a friend to your friends then they will no longer want to be your friend or to have anything to do with you because you have betrayed their trust.
