Firstly, pouring Drano into a toilet or gully is illegal and you may be fined by a city official. Secondly, Drano is a highly explosive chemical when mixed with water, so pouring it into a toilet will leave you with a life time of scars on your face.
LEAVE DRANO TO A PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER
Drano is a hydrochloric acid chemical used to clean out drains, but every great plumber out there knows its dangers and stays away from drano.Drano can also be used to make a bomb . all you need is drano a water bottle and aluminim foil. cap the bottle once all ingredents are in shake and throw . will cause it to explode do no touch the acid on the inside of the bottle will burn skin off!!!!!!!!!!Drano is not hydrochloric acid... Drano is the exact opposite. It's a base. This is why people end up doing stupid stuff and getting chemical burns on their face. If you think Drano is the same as HCI, then mix some Drano and HCI. If your right and its the same thing, nothing will happen. (Hint: Make sure you have somebody standing by to drive you the the hospital after you mix it).
Drano rots some products, but also jellifies others. It is not a good drain cleaner. To find better products go your plumbing wholesaler.
You didnt specify where the clog is located. So, if you are referring to a bathroom sink clog, Liquid Drano really works well for me. For a toilet, most clogs can be removed with the use of a plunger. But if this is a drain in a utility closet, then you may have to contract a professional plumber who a access to device know as a Drain Snake to breakthrough the clog for you.

Urinate and/or defecate in it, then flush.
No definitely not. Drano should not be used anywhere. It is very harmful to your plumbing
I wouldn't use it for anything
No, you cannot mix both bleach and Drano due to safety reasons. If you really want bleach then first use the Drano and then wait before using the bleach.
If by "use" you mean, "DRINK".. I would imagine fairly quickly yes. If you USE drano, I highly doubt it will do you ANY harm at all. Also, if you have the jug in your hand and are considering it.. I stress you to talk to someone. If you are about to use drano on a drain, good luck. Hope everything flows well for you.
