You need an alibi, physical evidence or someone reputable to confirm that you were not the person who made the purchase or that you were elsewhere when the said purchase was made. More importantly it's the responsibility of the accuser to prove you did make the purchase using physical evidence or reputable witnesses and if there is no evidence or a lack of evidence to support the accusation in a court of law you'd be found innocent and the charges dropped.
