kids or children need to sleep early so they can have a full day rest after there tiring day on there school days or activities. when children don't go to sleep early children will not have a full energy for school or other activities they cannot properly attend the activities to do for the day they cannot show there real energy actually if you want your child to have a better energy on days they do there activities they need to exactly sleep at 8:00 pm and your child will wake up on exactly 5:00 am
