Almost everything interacts with coumadin. Aleve is specifically listed as interacting with coumadin. See your doctor or pharmacist. You can probably mix the two, but you need to pay attention to the effect on PT/INR, and on the short vs long term status of everything you take, so that you can adjust the coumadin dose. You are being monitored, aren't you? Again, see your doctor or pharmacist.

Coumadin (warfarin) is a very powerful, potentially dangerous drug. It is very effective when taken at the appropriate dose in the manner prescribed by your doctor. Aleve interacts with coumadin, as do many other medications. Some slow the metabolism of coumadin, causing too much coumadin to remain in your body. Others reduce the effectiveness of coumadin. Keep in mind that warfarin (generic coumadin) is used in rodent pesticides, and thus should be taken exactly as your doctor prescribed it.

If you have any questions, remember that you can almost always call a pharmacist. There are many 24 hour pharmacies, and even if there's one that's not in your area, you can call one that is out of your area - the information should be the same.
