In addition, suicide can be considered a waste of whatever opportunity you may have to do anything worthwhile here on Earth. Most people have at least some opportunity to make the world better in some way, however small, or to help another person, even if they no longer feel that they can help themselves, and God would prefer for you to do that, rather than killing yourself.
