in order for this to happen, the sugar cube molecules have to become free from each other to mix freely with the water molecules. this requires energy, since the bonds between the molecules in the sugar cube have to be broken. since hot water has more energy than normal water, it is easier for the sugar cube to dissolve.
it is a liquid
it only takes about 3 minutes to dissolve sugar in hot to boiling water. When it could take about a hour for cold water.
Hot water
Sugar will dissolve faster in hot water than it will in cold water.
Even in cold water sugar will dissolve eventually, but it does dissolve faster in hot water. Hot water molecules move faster than cold water molecules and therefore can more easily break sugar molecules out of solid sugar and into solution.
Sugar dissolves faster in hot water, because the water molecules move about faster when they are hot so, when you pour in sugar, the water mollecules will collide with the sugar and theredore sugar dissolves faster in hot water.
Hot water. Hot water can also dissolve slightly more sugar than cold water can.
it is not hot enough

yes
Yes. Most soluble things dissolve faster in hot water.
The sugar cube in the hot water will dissolve faster because there are more and higher energy collisions between the water molecules and the sugar molecules which will cause the sugar to dissolve faster.
