Why team sports build strong individuals?
Team sports require individuals to work together to become one cohesive unit. This is opposed to individuals working singling in order to achieve a goal. They also require training and discipline, good decision-making skills, and being able to think and act quickly. These all lead to becoming strong individuals.
Individual sports are played without a team or a partner where as dual sports my be played with two or more individuals. An example of an individual sport is Golf or Singles Tennis. Both sports can, however be played on a team. Most Universities have a Golf or Tennis club (which makes them dual sports as well).
