Stars expand in size to become red giants, when they start running low on Hydrogen fuel.
Because they begin to run out of fuel
When a Star runs out of fuel, it will expand into what is known as a "Red Giant". Massive stars will become "Red Supergiants". This phase will last until the star exhausts its remaining fuel. At this point, the pressure of the nuclear reaction is not strong enough to equalize the force of gravity and the star will collapse. Go to related link to read more about Stars... ;)
All stars spend the majority of their lives on the main sequence. Once high mass stars have exhausted the hydrogen fuel in their cores they expand into much larger red or blue supergiant stars.
The main fuel for stars is hydrogen.
Blue giants.
The primary fuel for all stars is hydrogen
the fuel relay is ok,i cgecked it
They are designed to leave space for fuel to expand.
larger stars have longer lives, because as stars burn they are slowly burning up fuel and begin to cave in on themselves. the larger, the more fuel, the more fuel, the longer lasting.
The safety feature that was designed into PWC fuel tanks was to leave space for the fuel to expand.
No. Stars are born when nebulae collapse, not when they expand.
