Why do bodies attract to each other?

The bodies Unlike charges attract one another and like charges repel one another.

If two positively charged bodies are placed close to each other will they attract or repel one another?

They will repel each other. Like charges repel; unlike charges attract.

How can you show that like charges repel while unlike charges attract each other?

When two bodies charged in similar manner (i.e. like charges) are brought near, they will repel .Whereas when two bodies of different materials charged in different manner(i.e.unlike charges) or one charged & one uncharged body brought near will attract. This is how we can show that like charges repel while unlike charges attract each other.

Why do no two bodies attract if there is gravity?

Everything with energy interacts with gravity. And since everything has energy that means everything interacts with gravity, even our own human bodies! Our human bodies do attract each other, but since a human body contains so little amount of energy the effect is barely noticeable. It also doesn't help that gravity is a very weak force (a fridge magnet can overcome the gravity of the entire Earth!).

How do Newton's laws lead you to conclude that gravitation has to be universal?

Newton's third law points out that forces occur in pairs, so if one body attracts another, the second body must also attract the first. Thus gravitation must be mutual. Furthermore, gravity must be universal. That is, all masses must attract all other masses in the universe. The force between two bodies depends on the masses of the bodies and the distance between them.

Who is The scientist that defined the nature of the electrical force between two charged bodies?

Charles-Augustin de Coulomb of "the coulombic force" that attract or repels oppositely or similarly charged bodies, respectively.

Can two positively charged body attract each other?

yes--consider two charged bodies (having positive charge). One body is very large in comparison to the other. The large body will induce opposite charge in the small body and thus both will attract each other

How do the male chameleons attract a mate?

Geckos attract mates by preening, or essentially showing off their bodies.

Why doesn't the iron in human bodies attract magnetic objects?

There are two types of iron: magnetic and non-magnetic iron. The iron in your body is the non-magnetic kind.
