If it has an automatic transmission one is the Detent(kick down cable) I have a tool that is used to force spray lube down the cable there at cycle shops, worth a try
You have to remove the throttle body because it's blocking one of bolts. Remove the hose connecting the throttle body and the air filter box. When you get it done, you have access to all bolts (and usually one nut). Disconnect harnesses and spark plug wires from the coils. Coils are attached to a special holder using two bots per each coil. Remove the holder, replace coils. Installation is reverse to removal.
Use the ashtray.
To remove the rear cup holder on a 1998 Toyota Corolla LE, first remove the seat. Then remove the four bolts holding the cup holder housing.

open the meter, buy a new bulb , put it in holder , refix
by the drivers side kick panel under coin holder labeled "dome"
Remove the Phillips screw in the cup holder. Reomver the holder. Release the four latches on the engine compartment cover. Rotate the cover down and to the rear of the van. Tight fit

Locke it the under the j/b panel on the fuse holder
behind the glovebox (have to remove), upper right in a plastic holder with cap.
