No, but she was declared witch by the people who wanted her to be executed.

No she was not a witch, and all the charges that were brought up against her were all false.

Actually, not only Anne's enemies believed that she was a witch. Though the charges are ludicrous today, back then with all the sooth sayers floating around, witch craft was both believed in and feared. The case against Anne in those days might have been plausible, though they are not even close today. Seven, not thirteen, was the number associated with the devil and his witches in Tudor times. Anne Boleyn was said to have courted Henry for seven years before they married. He quickly grew tired of her by the time she was 5 months pregnant. This was a sign later, to many, that the Devil had abandoned her after the seven years. Anne was also believed to have miscarried at least one child at 7 months, however that is not completely factual and cannot be seeing as the exact date of conception was not recorded. Anne was also supposed to have seven moles on her body, moles themselves were the devils mark, which only her ladies in waiting are supposed to have seen. None of these facts however can be proven but at least it is easy to see how people could have believed that the Queen of England, who had changed England forever though coming from an unimportant background, might have been a witch.
