Beacuse 4kids lost the rights - noone really seems to know why they lost the rights though.

Unfortunately, yes. Mew Mew Power was cancelled from 4Kids TV because according to 4Kids, the episodes later in the TV Show were starting to get "innapropriate" for children watching it.

Though, if you want to still watch Mew Mew Power, just watch the Japanese version with English subtitles. Also, if you want more Mew Mew Power, buy Tokyo Mew Mew the manga series. It's much better.

They didn't get promition from the TMM makers to make English versions or show it. So it was either stop showing and making it or get sued.
