Culture is passed on to the next generation by sharing and exposing the next generation to that culture. Educating and sharing are the top methods that encourage culture to be passed on from one generation to the next.
This depends on who you are asking. Some people will say no (because they will not have any children of their own). These people usually do not like homosexuals. Some people will say yes (they will not pass on their genes to the next generation).
Unfortunately there is no definite answer as to when gen y finishes. Although some say gen y finishes at 2000 other sources say 1994, 1990, and so on. It really depends on what source you seek. Most people consider gen y to range from 1979-2000.

It is not correct to say that individuals evolved because it is not possible for an individual to change drastically over their own timelife. Species have the faculty to evolve as a whole not as individual organisms.

well, second generation is current generation right now (summer, 2009) second generation has built in speakers, and it's much skinnier, but it is also a bit more expensive, but i'd say its worth it. (i have one)

I would say yes, due to our desensitization. More things have become the "norm" that would not have been years ago. In my opinion this has led to generation after generation changing what is moral and what is not, right or wrong this happens with every generation.
