Because of the violence between the flock and the Erasers. I mean really, there are evil scientists trying to capture them!
"Maximum Ride" may be rated PG-13 due to its action and violence scenes, as well as themes that may be intense or frightening for younger audiences. The story often involves high-stakes situations and risks that are more suitable for older viewers.
Judging from the book, I'd say PG13 because the book has minor cursing and some violence
so far, maximum ride the angel experiment has not had it's age requirement rated. however, the movies is apparently leaning towards "R" or "PG13" hopefully PG cause then the young people who have read the book/series can watch it
No Rating is confirmed but, here is my estimation. The Angel Experiment- PG-13 Schools out-Forever- PG Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports- PG-13 The Final Warning- PG MAX: A Maximum Ride Novel- PG-13 Fang: A Maximum Ride Novel- PG-13
When the wind Blows The Lake House The above are the precursors to Maximum Ride, both by JP. Happy reading! ALERT: It has questionable content! PG13, I suppose. O_O
