If you are then it is because There was a storm my instagram HQ and instagram just hasn't been able to post a lot of my pictures or load profiles. And it has been slow for me. You are just one of the many many instagram users that have this problem.

I have not encountered this issue but I know Instagram has a help center with FAQs for troubleshooting login issues. If you can't find your answer there try reporting the issue to Instagram. Good luck!

Why wont Instagram load additional comments?
Instagram does not support pagination, which means that it does not load additional comments for a photo or a video. This is because the latest comments are available in the feed and the rest of the comments are accessible by scrolling to the top. So if Instagram allowed pagination, it would create two problems. One, the feed would be slower, and two, Instagram would have less control over the comments. This feature was made by Instagram to protect its users, as it might be unsafe to scroll down to the very bottom of the comments; hence, Instagram decided not to support pagination.
