Why won't my dsi connect to wifi?

Actually, before I can answer, I'd like you to answer a couple of my questions.

1. Do you use a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector? (If no, go to question 2)

If yes, be sure that you have granted the DS permission to connect.

2. Does your access point use WPA? (if no, go to question 3)

WPA is more secure than WEP or total lack of encryption, but the DS is incompatible with it. The Wii, however, is completely compatible.

3. Are you using a wired connection for your Wii?

A wired connection on your Wii can't wok with your DS.

because you need to connect you Nintendo-wi-fi usb connecter conected on the computer and then turn off firewalls then go to Nintendo wifi settings and press "connect to your Nintendo wifi usb connecter"and if it works try doing it again (well the button might say somthing sorta like that)

all i did was go to the system settings and put internet then connection settings. i put connection 1 and search for an access point. make sure you are close to your computer. find a name that has a gold lock and two or three bars. click it then look at the back of the router (its the thing with lights that says if its on and if your connected to the Internet. if it says WEP and numbers and letters, put them as your WEP key. then it will connect. make sure it if very close to the router. then you connect to WI-Fi. hope this helps!!

Ok if you have loz pH or any others with wifi connection you can play worldwide with other people

try turning off the ds and turning it back on and then plug in the wi-fi connection. that's what happened to mine, you have to keep on trying

You need to be in range of a wireless network, and have the network's password, if it needs one.

All DS consoles are wi-fi enabled, you just need a wireless hotspot for it to actually connect to.
