Why won't your ex leave you alone when you told him never to talk to you again after he left you for his ex and he says he made a huge mistake yet he is still with her?

Let me guess ... he cheated on you and that's why you split! He wants his cake and eat it too. Your ex has a new girlfriend, but like the selfish jerk he is he knows that the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence and he wants that option of coming back to you if things don't work out with his new girlfriend. Doesn't sound like their relationship is that blissful and more than likely it's due to his bad habits (you would know all about them.) If you don't answer his phone calls (if you don't have "Call Display" then get it so you know who is calling) then he may get weary of bothering you. Tell him if he doesn't leave you alone you're going to file a "Cease & Desist Order" against him (you can go to a lawyer for this and it cost me $350 CDN). This may be enough to scare him off. Depending on the severity of him talking with you try to get his conversations on the phone and use your speaker phone and tape his conversation. Make a second copy. Be sure you have the date on the tape and what time your ex called. If he's harassing you at school, work, then that is all the more reason you should get the Cease & Desist Order (and the police will adhere to those orders once you show them the papers.)
