Mostlikely the reason it wont start is when you changed the fuel filter. Air got into the fuel line. Just bleed the fuel system. And also make sure that she system has fuel pressure. Oops? did you put the FF on the correct way? There may be a indicating arrow on the filter itself that specifies the proper direction of flow. Check this out first;before getting into anything else. answer turn the keyon and leave it for 10 minutes then try to start it resets the anti theft system
