dirty laser lens or bluray laser is broken try cleaning the lens with cd/dvd lens cleaner or calling sony on their support line 08705998877 i have the same problem since installing update 3.15. No games or bluray movies worked cleaned laser now got all movies working but only a few games????!!!!!!!!

Maybe you don't keep your games in cases and have scratched them so bad they are no longer readable.
