When your engine loses oil pressure it usually is a bad sign, a multitude of scenarios could have taken place. It may be that your engine seals ie...Oil pan gasket, front and rear oil seals, intake and or head gaskets are leaking so badly that you engine cannot generate the amount of pressure needed to push oil throughout your engines oil pathways. Check your oil, see if it looks like chocolate milk? Do you even have any oil? You could have a punctured oil pan, or a cracked block which means your engine without lubrication(oil pressure) will heat up and eventually seize requiring a total rebuild or a new engine!$$$$$$$$$

What would happen to the boiling point of a substance if the elevation were to rise?

Actually, as you rise in elevation in atmoshpere im assuming, the pressure decreases. This pressure drop will cause the boiling point of anything to rise, therefore requiring more energy to boil.

What is the most common reason for fainting randomly?

Drop and/or rise in blood pressure.

Does a temperature rise in a tornado?

No. Because of the sharp pressure drop temperature in a tornado actually decreases.

What would cause the engine oil pressure gauge to rise?

When the oil pressure guage is in the high position, it means you have good oil pressure. As your car warms up, the pressure should drop a little. The guage will usually drop at stop signs and stop lights and then go up as you accelerate. If your guage goes to high and stays there, you could have a problem with your sending unit or you could have too much oil in the car.

Would the blood pressure rise or fall if a patient suffers an aortic aneurism?

It would rise

An increase in air pressure will cause the mercury in a barometer to?

When you increase air pressure the mercury in a barometer will rise. Conversely when air pressure decreases the mercury in a barometer will drop.

What is a fuel pulsation damper on a Toyota?

Fuel pumps can produce a pressure drop and rise as variables of voltage and temperature change a dampener absorbs this rise and fall of pressure and keeps the pressure closer to a constant flow for better injector operation.

Why does oil pressure gauge rise as you accelerate then drop after gear change just had oil filter and oil change its a ford probe 16 valve 2 l?

The oil pump turns more at higher revs, this is then producing more oil pressure, so when you change gear the revs are in a lower range so the oil pressure drops.

Would a balloon rise in an atmosphere where the pressure was somehow the same at all altitudes Would a balloon rise in the complete absence of atmospheric pressure such as on the surface of the moon?

No

Why does oil gauge drop and go back up?

Oil Guage Fluctuations The oil guage indicates the lubricating oil pressure in the engine. Unless the sensor, guage, or its electrical circuit are defective, the drop and rise indicated by the guage are showing lowering and rising of the engine oil pressure. These fluctuations could be related to changes in engine RPM [revolutions per minute], or defects in the guaging system.

What size water pipe should you have to keep the pressure and volume the same as the water mains' to run 300' with a 30' rise?

there is no size of pipe to keep the pressure the same if your rise is 30' and the volume or flow will drop with any size pipe too at 300' but if you want the least amount of pressure drop and flow for the smallest pipe to save costs then depending on demand I would run 3" or 4" solid core PVC or if you have pressure greater then 80 psi I would run 2" black poly if its for 2.5 bath or smaller home.
