Not all woman's privates are as pink as porn stars. Women of various ethnicity and skin tones often have darker skin, especially purple tones around the outer edges. you need to see a doctor. I saw my general practitioner, and about all he had to say was that it wasn't cancer, and I should put ice on the vulva and avoid any kind of exercise that puts pressure on it.

It seems to me that was not a good answer. My whole genital area is very purple after exercise. if I am not on my feet for several hours (as in when I get up in the morning,) the area is red, but not the eggplant color it is after standing or exercising for awhile.

Just like our skin is darker than other races its like that all over its not necessarily purple it's just a little darker than pink... But as they say "the darker the berry the sweeter the juice" nothing bad or to be ashamed of...

I once looked in the STD's sight, and saw that herpies causes dark purple spot on the vagina. I would deffinately look up that sight and look at the photos to compare!!!!
