Who is the founder of Potbelly Sandwich Shop?

I love eating sandwiches, all different types of sandwiches. For the past couple of years, I've been going to the Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Redmond and have enjoyed everything I've had to eat there. Although I've eaten there several times, most of the time I order food to-go. The one menu item that I order more than any other at Potbelly Sandwich Shop is their chili. Chili is one of my favorite foods and the version served at Potbelly is better than most other chili's I've tried. The chili is thick and is made with ground beef, peppers, onions and kidney beans. Molasses is also an ingredient in the chili and it gives it a slightly sweet flavor.More often than not I end up ordering the meatball sandwich when I get a sandwich from Potbelly Deli. The sliced meatballs are really tasty and they're topped with provolone cheese and some decent marinara sauce. I usually add some hot peppers, Italian seasoning, onions and believe it or not, lettuce. All of those extra toppings are free and they really bulk up the sandwich. My other favorite sandwiches at Potbelly Deli are their chicken salad, roast beef and the grilled chicken and cheddar options. The chicken salad features a great flavor and nice texture and I could eat it plain, it tastes so good. The roast beef sandwich is made with some awesome-tasting beef. A couple of times, I've had the roast beef and I get it topped with onions, mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. When combined with their potato salad and/or cole slaw, the meal is deli-greatness. The grilled chicken and cheddar sandwich is simple yet incredible. The turkey breast sandwich appears to be the real thing, not some type of turkey loaf.Side dishes are important to me. The potato salad, coleslaw and macaroni salad served at Potbelly are always fresh and quite flavorful. I like how you can get potato chips with a sandwich, if you prefer.I've never tried the soups at Potbelly Sandwich Shop but I've smelled them cooking and they smell very good. The salads also look good but I've never tried them. The milkshakes and cookies served there are above average. Service at Potbelly is usually good.

The hot peppers. More hot peppers. Great mix of spicy pickled veggies to add crunch: celery, jalapenos, cauliflower, carrots, etc...That and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies - but that's not really a part of the sandwich.

How do you copyright something like a sandwich?

A sandwich would only be protected by copyright if it were literally a work of art. You may trademark a sandwich (the Filet o' Fish, for example, is a registered trademark), but this can be expensive. There are also a few sandwich patents, such as the "sealed crustless sandwich" known as Uncrustables.
