My Dog Roxy likes to eat the grass and my husband was unaware that the yard man put down stuff on the lawn to help it grow so she ate the grass and was sick for a few days but she was fine because she only ate a little bit of grass if your dog keeps vomiting I would take the dog to the vet it could be something very serious
Yes, it could be something serious if it happens a lot. In that case, by all means contact a vet! If it only happens rarely, though, chances are your dog just got something stuck in his throat - blades of grass are a common culprit - and the white foam is just saliva that mixes with air when your dog tries to "clear his throat."
