I do not belive they will. In 1999 when for changed their body style on the F-250 they changed the bolt pattern on the rims.

Yes they will. From 1999-2004 the body styles and chassis were identical. In 2005 Ford updated the front-end components and earlier components may or may not be interchangeable. But the 99 and 02 models are the same and you should be ok.
