Anything's possible, but the answer is generally NO! It is NOT an amphetamine and I have researched this fairly extensively recently for my own info. It does NOT have the chemical 'make-up' or structure to even mistakenly come up. (false positive) Unless they specifically test for psychostimulants and/or Provigil in general, it will not result in a positive UA or hair follicle test.
