I heard that they wanted them to be in the movie... but the actors didn't want to do any more of the films. They film for a very long time (i think the last one was like 2 yrs) to make those films, and the actors wanted to move on to something else.

∙ 13y agoNo they will not be because Kiera Knightly and Orlando Bloom want to star in another film and they think that the Will and Elizabeth story has gone as far as it will go!! :( but on the bright side Johnny Depp aka sex god will still be there!

A.) Orlando bloom didn't want to come back for the 4th one,
B.) Will and Elizabeth's story was already told and done.
Sad, isn't it? I love these movies, and i hope orlando and kiera might make a small appearance, but again, i doubt it :(
