Sakura has always had a huge crush on Sasuke. It may be possible he could return her feelings, but with these current events, he doesn't see her at all. He doesn't even see Naruto, just his obsession with revenge and hatred. So what are the chances he even has those sort of feelings? It's a very slim chance. I'm sure he still cares for the team as a whole, at least a little.
Sakura has grown since her childish obssession with Sasuke before Shippuuden. She really has grown as a woman, maybe not physically like Hinata or Tsunade at that age(Thought most possible she will, Tsunade grew eventually.), but most definitely. Her heart has matured most of all.
It is true that she shares a certain something for Naruto. When she confessed to him, was that really how she felt, or just what he wanted to hear to stop him or comfort him somehow? It's unclear if she really is over her crush for Sasuke, but we will just have to wait and see what Kishimoto has in store for these characters.
But one thing is for sure...Naruto is still in love with Sakura. That much was confirmed. Thanks to Sai being painfully blunt with Sakura. Kudos to you Sai for improving yourself. : D

Ok dude who is a spaz above me sure naruto went in fox mode for hinata but that was because when naruto said "why" she said "because i love you" so obviously thats gonna happen sakura has just sometimes gotten hit into a tree but doesnt mean naruto didnt get mad believe me for sakura he would do anything but i think kishi is gonna put naruto with the true person he loves which is sakura but sasuhina would be kinda awkward then again there both shy right? :D so anyways thats my answer
