No. they are different head designs.
The 455 will fit. The transmission might have a shorter tailshaft, though.
yes
No, the blocks are different.
Yes
yes
No, Not even close.
No.
Chevy, Buick and Cadillac shared the same bolt pattern as did Oldsmobile and Pontiac but, some transmissions had two bolt patterns to fit all GM blocks. If your Chevy Turbo 350 transmission has the dual pattern it will fit the Oldsmobile engine, if not it won't fit.
I put a 455 in a regal.. and it was a snap. get the right mounts, i used factory steel from a 73 centurion 455. then used A body headers ,u half to drill new in the frame ... noithing will line up so dont bother trying.if all goes well for you, the reward is cant be be beat
yes and no yes in that it can be made to fit no in that a Chevy transmission has a different bolt pattern than Oldsmobile's, Buick's, and Pontiac's. the motor mounts are also probably going to be different. However you can change the motor mounts and there are companies that make adapters to use a Chevy transmission with a Oldsmobile, Buick, or Pontiac engine. I have seen an adapter to use a ford transmission with a Chevy engine.
As long as it has a Buick/Olds/Pontiac bolt pattern on it, it will fit!
I have a set from Mondello performance i would sell Check Ebay..
