No. Fluoxetine (Prozac) is an SSRI antidepressant. It is not a substance of abuse which is tested for ... ever. It also does not confound drug testing for any of the substances which are tested for.

∙ 10y agoI presume you are concerned about your privacy when taking a drug test. The class of drugs Fluoxetine belongs to is not checked for in routine Drug tests.
However, there is a big "But…".
Sometimes if you are taking Fluoxetine, a drug test can give a positive result for a prescription drug called a Benzodiazepine. The most common drugs abused in this class are Valium and Xanax.
If you are not taking any Benzodiazepines, discuss the issue with the doctor or agency in authority. If you want to keep the fact that you are using Fluoxetine private, simply tell them that you are taking a prescription drug that is not a Benzodiazepine, and that the results should be confirmed with a test called 'gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy', or GCMS for short.
This test will clear up any misunderstandings.

Prozac? Why would they test for Prozac anyways? No it will not show up on a standard 5-panel or 12-panel drug test. The only way they are gonna look for Prozac is if the specifically test for that - which makes no sense. So no it will not show up!

If you are trying to get past an employer and police drug test however I would not take the risk that there test wont be able to test for Codeine and marijuana.
