Maybe, but it would be EXTREMELY unsafe to use the 114.3 rim (or anything other than a 115) on a 115 pattern hub. They will eventually snap the lug bolts and send the tire/wheel flying away from the car, and the car careening out of control - probably at the worst possible time, i.e. high speed or hard cornering.
