Yes, They are the same transmissions. The only difference is the driveshaft is longer on the extended cab.
NO, not even close. In late 1999 Chevy redesigned the transmission and the engines in all there trucks. You will need to put the 4L60E back in it, I believe late 92 to 1995 transmissions will all work in the 94 model.
ALL the 1/2 tons use the 4L60E. ALL the 3/4 tons use the 4L80E
The 5.3L + 4L60E is the standard motor tranny combo for Chevy trucks
NO you can not. It MUST have the 4L60E put back in it. Because of the computer system.
Yes it will as long as it is the same transmission. 1/2 ton trucks have the 4L60E Trans. in them. The 3/4 tons have the 4L80E in them.
The transmission in the 1995 Chevy 1500 is the 4L60E Transmission.
That would be the 4L60E transmission. The 3/4 tons used the 4L80E
It has the 4L60E transmission in it.
4L60E transmission.
4L60E transmission.
Yes it does. All 2500 trucks that year have the 4L80E in them. The 1/2 tons have the 4L60E in them.
The ONLY transmission that will work in that year is the 4L60E. Due to the computor system and transmission wiring harness. All the 1/2 ton trucks used the 4L60E transmission and the 3/4 tons used the 4L80E transmissions in them.
