Achieve this with stories of success and failure, and how he/she tries to reach his goals. Or, depending on the person, lead up to events that turnhis life around. For example, the unexpected phone call. Once you have completed the rising action, tell the reader how he/she became significant. Then tell the reader events that result or follow his achievement. End the story with a satisfying conclusion. Aspects of the story might be different depending on the person, but don't go into to much detail.
