Find yourself a really large cup fill it with water constantly and drink as much as possible. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise... This is your only alternative to putting a chemical substance in your body that simply doesn't work :( Drug labs can detect masking agents and will make you piss again(Bleach is not a masking agent, it is a harsh chemical).
