it depends how severe the cold sore is, personally the best remedy for me is mixing baking soda and a little bit of water to make a paste and applying it the sore it might burn but it will clear within 5 days and look better in 3.

No. Cold sores are from the herpes simplex virus and lemon juice won't help them. Yes, it will burn when you put it on the cold sores, but that is all. I have found that there are over the counter creams that work.
Medicine and comfort seem to work.
Carmex can help sooth the symptoms but it won't do much to help heal the sore faster.

If the bump has been there continuously, it is not a cold sore. See a dermatologist for a diagnosis and for treatment options.
You could just have a sore throat. Or maybe a post-nasal drip, and that can irritate your throat, and could also cause it to make it dryer. I would try to drink/eat cold things, or if you can find a good medicine, that could work to. That's all I can think of though. (:

Depends on the extent of your acne. If it is only mild acne then yes it will work and it will give you a nice glow, but if you have severe acne you may have to consult a doctor.
