The above answer seems to show contempt prior to investigation, and perhaps contempt towards recreational drug users in general. If you drink ALOT of water days leading up to your test - I'm talking atleast 1-2 gallons a day, you will almost always pass; but everyone's body is different. Hell, I myself, and people I know, have used drugs the day of a test and drank ridiculous amounts of water hours before and still passed. Good Luck! The best thing to do is not use drugs of any form unless perscribed by a legitimate physisian or psychiatrist, but we do all have our vices dont we? ;)
drinking more water will definitely make you go to the bathroom more and will flush it out of your system but that's only if you have to pee in the cup.

yes as long as you drink alot of it and make sure you urinate first then drink lots and lots of water the day before and the day of the test..
