No, drinking wine the night before any sort of drug test will not interfere with it. A hair test allows the tester check for drug use over a very long period of time, the only way to mess up the test is to shave your head!

Even after a huge party with a lot of alcohol, the alcohol will leave the system by the next day. So you will be able to pass an alcohol test 2 days after drinking wine. The drug teat is irrelevant as wine is not considered to be a drug, and drug testing for wine is unheard of.
