Highly doubtful it'll be on terms favorable to you. Of course, they'd rather have their money than the car, so they will be to some extent.
fifth third bank I just called them at fifth third and no they do not work with manufactured homes. I will try and repost another answer to this question once I find one.
Yes, repo people don't work for the bank, but they get their rewards from the collections agency (or bank) so they will work at any time or day.
If the bank made a mistake they will return the vehicle to you, the repo company is under a hold harmless and work the accounts the banks give them.
Yes, if you are not making the payments the bank can repo your truck.
Usually the bank has a list of repo companies they do biz with and they pick one to repo the car. Maybe the closest to the car, maybe the cheapest, whatever.
Hunter, Banded
Only if you use it for legitimate way to get to work if is strictly for fun the bank can and will repo it trust me I know from experience
Yes the Repo man can find out where you work. I am a repo man. I repo 18 wheelers and equipment. I find out where people work all the time. The bank can run a credit check on you and if you have applied for a loan anywhere that reports to the credit reporting agencies then they will have your current address and place of employment. Also there is always some one who knows where you live, work, shop, go to church, ect............ The repo man will talk to your friends, neighbors, and realtives. He will offer all of them a finders fee. Sooner or later someone will talk. And then you are walking. I know of several ways to slow the repo man down. if anyone is interested they can contact me at mandr2gether at aol.com
If a bank has a lien on a unit and you are not paying they have the right to repo it. You need to talk to them and work out payments. A cure letter is them giving you 20 days to either pay the delinquent amount or they will take other actions such as a law suit or repo.
bonded .... no.... but you must have the correct insurance... ask any insurance agent for help with this.... i am a repo man and to work for any Bank you must carry a million dollar insurance policy.... yes... i said 1 MILLION DOLLARS
Bobby, look at your contract. It likely covers what fees they can charge. The repoman charged the bank, the bank charged you. It all went on your account. The repoman had to get paid for coming to your house, right? We dont work for free.
If a vehicle has been legally repossessed, then the bank has absolutely no obligation to give it back to you. Ever. But many banks will work with you in rder to get the loan repaid, but from a legal standpoint the bank has ownership at that point.
