SEROQUEL is an atypical antipsychotic, used for bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia mainly. it is not an opiate or a Barbituate. but, it can act like a barbituate due to the sedation effects of seroquel. It doesnt really show up on drug tests either..but clonazapam and other antidepressants do show up.
