If it's a drug test in the form of a blood test, then it will show up if you have taken the oxycodeine within approximately 48 hours of the test. If it's a hair strand test, it depends upon how long you have been snorting oxycodeine for. (E.g if you have only snorted it the once, one the day of the hair strand test, it is unlikely to show up, since your hair doesn't grow that quickly. If it's been a regular habit for a week or more, it will probably show up in your hair.)

∙ 10y agoIf they are only checking for the presence of the drug (which they are) it would be the same. Random testing is done on the cheap, they don' check how much is in your blood, and it wouldn't matter if they did because of materialization being different for everyone. I have had urine tests for several years and they never question if I was on Norco or Percocet's. My Rx was for Norco but when I run out I would get percs from my bro...they never said a word to me (and as you know they have different active ingredients ...On the other hand; my wife never took any but got a script for years..I told her to take one the day of her appt and she didn't...Well the Doc said she was grounded from controlled substances because her urine showed negative and she said she was taking them...

Percocet and oxycodone are synthetic opiods, and both have the same active narcotic oxycodone. Percocet is oxycodone 10mg and acetominaphen 325mg. Oxyxodone HCI is 30mg Oxycodoe and basically a salt additive. They do not metabolise into morphine which is what they test for in a standard 5 panel opiate drug test. They would have to order an extended opiate panel to test for synthetic opiates such as oxycodone and hydrocodone.

If your taking a 30mg tablet you will not have any Tylenol in the pill. Percocet is oxycodone and Tylenol. And usually is prescribed as 5mg. Percodan is oxycodone and ibuprofen. If you are worried that your doctor will find out you are taking much more oxycodone than you are prescribed, don't. If you are worried about the actual drug showing up in a drug test, stop 3 days before the test.
