No. It is a Nintendo game, featuring Nintendo characters and stages, and is only for the newest Nintendo console, the Wii. Likewise, Super Smash Bros. Melee is only playable on the Gamecube, and the original Super Smash Bros. on the N64 (or an emulator.)

No Super Smash Bros. game will ever be released for the Xbox. Not as long as it's a Nintendo series. If that were to happen, it's likely that it would be considered by fans as the moment when the series "jumped the shark" (became worse).

Its a Nintendo title only. Super Smash Bros is only on the N64 (and the Wii's Virtual Console); Super Smash Bros. Melee can only be played on the GameCube and Wii (because the Wii can play GameCube games), and Super Smash Bros. Brawl can only be played on the Wii. There has never been (and most likely never will be) a release of Super Smash Bros. on a non-Nintendo console such as the PlayStation or Xbox.

There will never be a "Super Smash Bros Brawl 2", however it is possible that in the future Nintendo may make a fourth game in the series. SSB Games: Super Smash Bros (N64) Super Smash Bros Melee (GCN) Super Smash Bros Brawl (Wii) The next game will be Super Smash Bros Dojo and I don't know what game system it will be for since more will be made (but I'm guessing the new Xbox)
