u can feed them meal worms and grasshoppers, as long as they are clean and free of pesticide's, my baby Mexican red knee likes meal and super worms, but my older rose hair and stripped knee have a harder time catching them so they dont eat them as much,, as for the grasshopper today is the first day im trying that one,, caught one and put in with my rose hair and shes having a hard time catching it so far, but im going to leave it for the day and see if she gets it.. hope that helped :)
