Yes, of course. As of 2016, the production staff of The Walt Disney Company today is expanding Tinker Bell's role from her appearance in Peter Pan, so that her voice can be heard and she will no longer be a silent character for some reason.
Her voice can be heard first in a series of commercials for ConAgra Foods' "Peter Pan Peanut Butter" as its announcer, and in any sorts of Disney-related media throughout the future like numerous BBC-Discovery Kids shows, commercials for products where Disney's version of Tinker Bell from Peter Pan appears as the announcer, and all future Disney programming. The fact is that almost any future Disney-related media has Tinker Bell not only speaking in jingle bells, but also in her own human voice (both speaking and vocalizing parts), which would start after the Disney Fairies movie canon.
And don't forget, Mae Whitman is providing her voice in these media since her appearance in the Disney Fairies canon, even when Peter Pan gets revived as one of the 100 Disney Consumer Products franchises. Also, it is definitely going to happen at the end of 2015 (and beginning of 2016).
