it wont crash into the sun because the earth will become solid of ice before it even gets near the sun.when earth has another ice age it wont be orbiting around the sun anymore so the sun wont be of any use to earth so the earth will float further away from the sun it will never be in any near contact with the sun. hope that answers your question. :-) Nicki Harris. that does not answer my question:(
